- Usage of PVS website continues to grow, though at a more moderate rate than in earlier years.
- A second website was opened in July 2003 (pvswim2.org) This was done when a pricing package that would have permited us a modest increase in storage space on our current site (pvswim.org) could not be found at an attractive rate. This also allowed us to create mailing lists for various PVS purposes and has other options we may avail ourselves in the future.
- The PVS Searchable Data Base now contains 521,212 times in 21,036 swimmer records from September, 1999 to date.
- All PVS times starting with this short course season are now also being loaded into the USA Swimming SWIMS Data Base. Times are only loaded if the name and registration number used to enter the meet agrees with a registered athlete in the USA-S data base.
- To date, 16130 times have been attempted to be uploaded. 569 times from 171 swimmers have failed to load due to an inability to match. Steps are now underway to resolve these situations and provide feedback as appropriate to avoid reoccurances.
- Loading of some lower priority items has been deferred due to time constraints.
