Outreach membership offers qualified individuals the opportunity to become a USA Swimming member at a reduced registration fee of $5.00. Potomac Valley Swimming pays this fee on behalf of qualified athletes.

An athlete is considered qualified if he/she is qualified for food stamps or reduced price lunches. It is the responsibility of the team to verify and keep record of athlete qualification.
