The Board by electronic vote initiated on January 27, 2005 APPROVED the following:

Waive the sanctions fee for the Lindsey Joelle Miller meet being hosted by VSC on March 5-6, 2005 with the understanding that all profits of the meet in excess of actual expenses will be contributed to charity.

The vote was undertaken in response to a request for such a waiver that was received from Victor Abrahamian.
