The Board by electronic vote initiated on April 24 AUTHORIZED the 2002-03 PVS budget to be submitted to the House of Delegates for their approval.

Background: The PVS Board did not have a legal quorum at its regularly scheduled meeting on April 16. According the Board was asked to approve the submission of the 2002-03 budget to the House of Delegates by electronic vote.
