Psych Sheets and Timeline

These psych sheets were posted in order to allow the meet entry process to be reviewed for accuracy prior to publication of the program.

Coaches and team meet entry coordinators were asked to complete their review by 5 PM MONDAY, MARCH 5TH.Inquiries should be directed to the Meet Entry Coordinator, Kit Mathews

Parents or swimmers with concerns should contact their coach or team meet entry coordinator as the Meet Director will only respond to inquires received from coaches or team meet entry coordinators.

A "D" heat has been added to the Finals Sessions. Warm-up and event start times for Friday, Saturday and Sunday have been modified as follows: Warm-ups: 4:30 - 5:30pm with Events: 5:40pm.

Thursday's distance session will be swum in two courses.

The slowest heat of the distance events (1000 and 1650 Free) may be moved from one course to the other so that both sessions may end at approximately the same time.
Dive-over starts will be used during the preliminary sessions.
All events will be subject to check-in. (See Check-In Schedule)

NO FOOD OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED ON THE POOL DECK. ONLY WATER AND/OR GATORADE IS PERMITTED ON THE POOL DECK.

NO FOLDING CHAIRS, SLEEPING BAGS, TENTS OR BALLOONS ARE PERMITTED IN THE GMU ATHLETIC FITNESS CENTER.

GMU has requested that we park in Lot C with overflow, if necessary, in Lot A. Parking in Lot B at any time (including Sunday) is likely to result in a ticket. It may, however, be used for drop-off and pick-up.

Due to construction, drop-off and pick-up on the roadway in front of the pool is absolutely prohibited at any time and is very likely to result in a ticket.

Timeline REMINDER: Daylight Savings Time starts at 2:00am, Sunday, March 11th. Set clocks forward one hour. These are approximate and are subject to positive check-in, etc.

It is still not too late to work the meet. Additional officials can still be used. To volunteer please contact the meet referee Jim Van Erden. Even if you did not sign up in advance, you can still work the meet. Just report to the referee when you arrive.

Uniform for Prelims and Thursday Night is white polo shirts and navy bottoms. Uniform for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Finals is light blue oxford shirts, ties and navy long pants or skirts for referees, starters, and chief judges. Finals uniform for all others is white polo shirts and navy long pants or skirts.

Officials meeting for Thursday will be at 5:00pm. Officials meetings for all other sessions will be one hour prior to the start of the session.
